Notable Skills: Flight, Advanced physical strength, Firing ki-blasts. Your basic standard Saiyan techniques. Signature technique – 'Seishoukudan', the energy bomb. Description- Toyo's only signature technique is a normal ki ball inflated to the size of a large beach ball. But because of his poor energy manipulation, it usually wavers, with the danger of exploding in his face.

Personality: Toyo is very loyal to his friends, however few he has. He's very nervous around girls, however, and he's constantly trying to prove himself to him and his teammates, and improve his fighting skills along with his energy control.
Appearance: Being a teenager, Toyo's body is slim and slender. Not extremely muscular, but not flabby, either. Frames of pecs and abs are on his torso. Toyo has dark blue, almost black hair, with dark gray eyes. He wears black and red, the colors of the Super-Elites, even though he's a Low-Level. He's often ridiculed as being something he'll never be. But they'll see. On Toyo's left ab right where his heart is located is the sign of one of Vegetasei's gods, of whom he remains a devout follower.
Bio: Not much is known about Toyo's father, only that he was a highly-honored warrior who bravely gave his life to turn around a one-sided battle. Toyo was born to a Saiyan birthmother, and immediately nursed to become a soldier. However, Toyo was so strong-willed that his programming didn't take, and he grew up to be a normal child, happy and healthy. Toyo was put into an orphanage, where he lived for ten years as a normal non-fighting Saiyan. The thought of joining the military never once crossed his mind.

However, that all changed one day when his best friend Sala decided to join the military, to fight for his parents. Tragically, Sala died the night before he was supposed to be enlisted. Making a last-minute promise, Toyo promised to fulfill his friend's dream for him, and become a soldier in Sala's place. Despite his strong dislike for super-intense combat, Toyo did like to scrap and fight opponents, but still clung to his carefree lifestyle of goofing off and admiring the new spacecrafts. Oh, and admiring ladies, of course.

One day on a mission, Toyo's unit was charged with defeating an alien horde's mothership. It was a big fight, but the aliens activated the self-destruct and tried to flee. Toyo, however, was caught in an ambush at the last second, and his unit left without him, thinking he was right behind them. Miraculously, Toyo survived the ship blowing up, and even the huge chunk of the bridge that crashed to Earth. The aliens all died...except for Toyo. He stumbled from the wreckage, and thought that was it. However, fate intervened. A passing Saiyan girl by the name of Peanut happened upon the wreckage, and immediately tended to Toyo's wounds. They soon became fast friends, and Peanut even allowed him to stay with her as long as he should want. And of course, it goes without saying that Toyo quickly discovered feelings for his housemate. How will this play out in the future? We'll see, as Toyo adjusts to life on Earth with Peanut.
